Newsletter — Your email is used to send the Zintellex newsletter and occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never send spam.
Product delivery — If you purchase a product, your email is used to deliver the purchase via Gumroad.
Analytics — Usage data helps us understand which content is useful and how to improve the site. We do not build personal profiles or track individuals.

Data Retention
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained by Gumroad per their data retention policy. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the entire site. Email data is stored securely by MailerLite. Payment data is handled by Gumroad, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store sensitive personal data on our own servers.
Children's Privacy
Zintellex is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
